I was on a free trial period, and I want to upgrade, but when attempting to upgrade it tells me that it fails due to the below:

I have checked the address of my accnt and of my CC and they match exactly. What steps can I take to fix this. I already filed an oracle ticket.

Also I have a DB that is a paid instance. How long before they reclaim it? I am off trial as of 2/3/2024

We're unable to complete your request. Common errors are due to: (a) Using prepaid cards. Oracle only accepts credit card and debit cards (b) Intentionally or unintentionally masking one's location or identity (c) Entering incomplete or inaccurate account details. Please try again if this applies to you. Otherwise, contact Oracle Customer Service.
