ASN creation against Dropship PO is automatically creating PO Receipts

We are receiving email based ASN against our Dropship PO. However, as soon as we are creating manual ASN against these Email based ASN, the dropship PO is automatically getting closed without any need for explicitly receiving it just like any other receiving process.

Please suggest, how to process the Dropship PO receipts in 2 Steps
