Requirement: Restrict quote access based on the office number. Use auto forwarding rules (AFRs) and restrict the quote access to specific sales office user groups.

This is breaking some existing access paths.

  1. Sales Cloud/ CRM Opportunity: Channel agents can add other office users to Opportunity teams. Other user will be able to access the quote link via opportunity. But this will be restricted as we are using AFRs.
  2. Quote URL: Some reports have quote URLs which allow other office users to access.
  3. OOTB Forward (New path): Channel agents can forward the quotes to other channel agents. But, AFR on step transition will override OOTB Forward.
