Requirement:

In Talent Review we want to have a facility in the product such that the system must allow online assessment of employee and it must also allow the outsiders (Board Members or People who are not employees) who are not part of the Organization Hierarchy and has shall not be part of the Talent Review Meeting and they must be able to assess the employee online while conducting the meeting or the system must allow this assessment to happen while the Talent Review Process "Preparing Review Content" is done.
