Not able to select 'Work Order Release Date'

Summary:

System is not allowing to select Work Order Release Date and defaulting system date.

  • My client will create work order in back date and wanted to capture the consumption details in previous date.
  • Example: Today is 5th Feb. Work Order will be created for 4th Feb and Issue & Complete transactions need to be captured with 4th Feb date.
  • System is allowing to create Work Order for previous date i.e. for 4th Feb but there is no option to select release date.
  • System is defaulting the current system date for release date. Thus, even Work Order has been created with previous date (4th Feb), it cannot be released with previous date.
