How to get Offering Start Date in HCM Query?

I have a report in development and we are missing offering start date for offerings on a Learning course.

The table WLF_LEARNING_ITEMS_F has columns effective_start_date and effective_end_date but it does not reflect offering start date. The columns START_DATE and END_DATE is bringing Published start date and Published end date. And the columns LI_START_DATE and LI_END_DATE is null/blank.

Is there a specific table for offerings?
