VB-OIC as a web site

Summary:

Hi all, I would thank for help with the following.

VB seems to be planned for companies, but could it be used as a web site with tens/hundreds users using it.

The use planned could be 95% querying and 5 basic transactions.

Could someone elaborate about pros and cons on this idea?

Regarding the cost of licenses for this idea it would be helpful also.
