We want to calculate the commission per event based by using RTR

so we defined the compensation plan and all the steps below is the info

Measure formula : Credit.CreditAmount

Incentive Formula: Measure result.Performance Measure.ITD Output Achieved * Rate Table Rate

In Rate Table defined the dimensions , Input expression for Rate dimension: Measure result.Performance Measure.ITD Output Achieved
