Unable to view few Person Extra information records from UI that was loaded using HDL

Summary:

First, we have provided the Category code as 'PER_EIT' as per the standard of the HDL template and loaded the Extra information data for employees.

While validating the data that was loaded, we checked from database tables, and the data looked good.

But when we validate data in the UI from our login, we can view the data for some employees. But can't find data from the UI for some employees.

Then we created some records from the UI for the employee (for the employee where the data was not visible in the above example).

Then we noticed in the database table, that the Category code is 'PER_IT' for that record.
