Lost email access, recover cloud account

Summary:

I had an academic email from my university. I registered in the cloud platform with that email, but that has been deactivated right now. I talked with the university if we could somehow activate it temporarily in order to change the access, but that was not possible anymore. Is there a chance that I could recover the account?
