Multiple report cat isn’t possible from 24A in HCM Extract. How is dynamic delivery option achieved?

We have a requirement to execute delivery option based on run time parameter. We had been achieving this using report category so far. As addition of report category is disabled from 24A, how can we achieve the aforementioned requirement?
