Need analysis to be able to delete geography data

Summary:

Hi Team,

As per client request we want to disable the below countries from run a script on our instance application to identify dependencies. We found the dependencies for these countries in SCM (Planning Collections).

Puerto Rico - PR

Virgin Islands, US - VI

Guam - GU

American Samoa - AS

Northern Mariana Islands - MP

Please help me with complete information after identifying how to resolve the issue.
