Transaction matching daily load

Summary:

Client wants to load transaction daily along with GL Balance.

For Transaction to load every daily along with GL balance, in the parameter for Start date we had initially specified System Date -1. This will not pull transaction up to date because GL balance is pulled as of 8 am and TM will be pulled prior to the system date which results in unexplained difference where ideally should have balance of 0. So to achieve this I tried with System date parameter, as it make sense to get all transaction as of current date and time making up to the balance. Although we didnt get complete list of
