epmautomate copyFileFromInstance fails since 24.02 update

The epmautomate copyFileFromInstance function has been failing in all our test pods since 24.02 update. It's working fine for Prod pods which haven't had the 24.02 update. We get the following error:

"EPMAT-1:Unable to access the source environment. If IP allow list is enabled on the current environment, refer to Outbound IP address of the source data center in EPM Cloud Operations Guide, and add it to the IP allow list of the current environment."

We do have an IP Allow list (with Outbound IP specified) but it hasn't changed and everything worked before the 24.02 update. Other epmautomate functions work fine.
