This is a summary of last few days struggling with oci..

My free tier account was suddenly deactivated on 31st Jan without any reason at all ( no low usage, no high usage, no suspicious activity, nothing at all.) i knew oracle does this so had tried to convert to payasugo but it always gave some kind of error.

so i contacted via email and my account was restored.

the weirdness starts here:

my 2 instances were in stopped state. i tried to start them got errror. no technical support in free tier so i again tried to convert to payasygo. 138 S$ was deducted from my card ( its an hold as per oracle ) but got some error. wrote a mail again. no response till now.( more than 60 hrs ).
