Number Formatting Issue for Multiple Clauses on Terms Template

Summary:

The numbering on our clauses are incorrect. When we have multiple clauses, they sync together and continue the numbering, but we need each new clause to start at 1. Going back to fix these is creating a lot of manual work for us.

What do we need to do to have the numbers in the correct order? Please see the example below where we would want it to say "1. Hosted Services", not "21. Hosted Services".
