Enrolment questionnaire visible in approval workflow?

Summary:

We are looking at using enrolment questionnaire for people who need to 'apply' for a place on a course. I have built the questionnaire and it looks great. The person then needs to submit for approval by their leader. Their leader needs to review the responses to the questionnaire - is that possible? Knowing that questionnaire responses usually only appear in OTBI, I'm not sure this will then meet our needs.
