How do we handle resource overload in Supply Planning?

Plan type: Constrained Supply Plan

In plan options we have enabled ''Capacity Constrained Resources=All Resources'' .

For a demand of 20 quantity, System offloaded 10 quantity demand into earlier time buckets as per supply availability but in the end system dumped remaining 10quantity to the very last planned order.

How do users usually handle this? Do they go to MFG, add more resource availability and rerun collections and supply plan? Or do they simply change the ''implement order quantity'' directly in the supply plan if they have the option to add more resource availability (by increasing shifts, working hours e.tc )?
