How to add files upload/attachments field in a Page (notification Page) in SpringBoard

We have a Requirement to upload files for a Notification Page (some FAQs Page). I tried with Sandbox Page Composer, but unable to identify field like attachments to add to that Page.

Please share the steps and possibility to achieve this requirement in Oracle Fusion HCM SpringBoard.

Expected locations:

Home - Me - Notifications Page

or

Home - Me - New Page Entry (as upload files)
