Error In Running Plan

Summary:

  1. We Created Item Catalog in PIM and Associate item, Both Steps made thru FBDI. Catalog has been collected and Selected in Plan. When running Plan. Error:The Plan's Population Contains No Products This May be Due to Plan Filters or Lack of available data.
  2. Same Item Catalog was created Manually using PIM UI, and Item association done thru FBDI. collected the catalog and Selected in Plan. and its working. products has been recognized


what could be the issue as to why the first part was not working?
