Payables mailbox for vendor Invoices needs to migrate from on premise to on cloud

For each of the AccountsPayable mailboxes below, can you send us the configuration details of how the automation connects to the mailboxes. We specifically need to know the name of the email server that you are using to connect to.


Below are the questions which they have asked and looking for solution.


1) We want to know the configuration instructions if the mailbox is deleted and recreated so the emails can be scanned from the oracle database to generate the invoices


2) Also We have migrated the existing mailbox from on-prem mailbox to cloud mailbox the automation of scanning from oracle has been stopped
