Summary: Prevent 'Status change Information' UI when Item status is updated

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information): In PDH, when we update item status field from Draft to Active or Inactive a pop up UI comes up named 'Status Change Information'. We understand the premise of this POP up, however, as part requirement we want to prevent the pop-up coming up when we update the item-status. Is there a way to achieve this?

Note: If we create a new Item Status say, 'New Status' via Manage Item Statuses UI by duplicating 'Active' status and subsequently update item status from 'New Status' to 'Active' still pop up comes up (with no Attribute/Existing Value/New Value - rightly so as no attributes are changed).
