Trigger resource alerts for course and specialization only

Summary:

We have created a resource alert such that the users get notified only when a course or specialization is assigned to them.

Is this the right way to define it?

If so the first expression does not take an "OR" condition. It defaults back to "AND". Any other way to define the same?
