Can we upload certifications to the Learning modules or anywhere In Learning Management

Summary: We have a situation where one of our divisions is required to take an outside training for their position. Currently, our Learning Administrator is creating a Learning class and attaching the link to the external site for the course. These participants receive a certificate once they’ve completed the course through the external site, but we’re trying to problem solve the best place to capture the certificates of completion. In Oracle’s current state, can we upload certifications to the Learning modules or anywhere within the Learning environment?
