How to disable "Worker HDL Localization Postprocessing" when loading Worker via HDL

Summary:

How can we disable the worker localization post processing when loading updates to the Worker object through HDL? The option "SET INVOKE_POST_PROCESS" is already set to "N" to avoid executing the "Refresh Manager Hierarchy" and "Update Person Search Keywords" processes. However the process "Worker HDL Localization Postprocessing" is still being executed and this process can run anywhere from a few minutes to many hours depending on the number and type of updates being made to the Worker object. We would like to be able to disable this process from executing after each Worker load and instead run
