Oracle Grow Career Path Questions

For the Career Paths area of Oracle Grow, I have a few questions:

  1. For Competencies which populate from the Model Profile, what should populate in this expanded area? Each competency can be expanded, but I don't see anything there. (See Screenshot 1 below)
  2. Can Behaviors be displayed on Grow from the Model Profile?
  3. What does the "Resources you can use" section do, and how do things get added there? (See Screenshot 2 below)
