Add Transport mode Option for employee

Summary:

Hi

We have a requirement to provide employees to add their preferred transport mode option . As of now we have added this in Additional personal information page . But when employee tries to change/update transport preference Line Managers and HR wont get any notification as there is no provision for configuring approval rules for Additional personal information page.

Hence we would like to understand is there any other place or any work around to achieve this logic where employee can access Transport mode option and on update Line manager/HR's will get trigger .
