WLF-00009, WLF-00002, WLF-00008 alert not triggered
WLF-00009 Learning Cloud Instructor Booking Event Removal, WLF-00002 Offering Definition has Changed, WLF-00008 Offering Activity Definition has Changed for an Instructor are not getting trigerred

In 23D documentation it has been mentioned Event alerts and add-to-calendar functionality for learners and instructors will be disabled when calendar integration is enabled because they'll no longer be needed.
However I'd like to know why it'll be no longer be needed. Assuming there's an edit/change in offering definition then these notifications should still be available? How will learners/instructor be notified on changes made to offering?
