Is there a SOAP webservice that can update project task DFF?

Summary:

We have recently migrated new regions to ERP with the migrated task dff values.

Unfortunately, due to some changes in the configuration, some values were disabled which made the DFF values of several tasks (around 500 records) to be blank.

Now if we do mass update, is there a SOAP webservice that we can use to update the project task DFF? I believe there is a REST API but it uses hash key which is not that efficient.
