UPPD PROCESS IS NOT REVERSING FUNDS TO THE PROJECT BUDGET BASED ON CANCELLED PO

Summary:

The Update Project Performance Data process is not summarizing the cancelled PO amount to put back the funds to the project budget. We have ran the UPPD process, but still the cancelled PO is shown as a commitment in the Manage Commitment Costs page. Please help to understand if there is any other process or steps to be done so that the consumed budget amount based on the PO should be reverted back to the project budget. Please note that the receipt which was created based on the PO is still existing in the system.
