Response time on Primary contact is not respected
Hi Team,
We have a Response time configured on the Primary contact defined as HTTPPOST, Rank 1 and Response Time as 60 days.
Same contact is assigned as Tender contact on shipment. When tendered to the carrier Respond By in the Online Booking screen takes only 7 days into consideration instead of 60 days and hence tender status is going into No Response within 7 days. This is the same behavior with and without a calendar associated to Primary contact.
Could you let me know if there are any other things to check?
