Hi!

We are setting up an alert, and when we are running said alert it is shown as success but no email is received.

Notes:

  • Simulate is set to "No".
  • Email is correct.
  • When setting a "Worklist" recipient for the same template, we get an alert in BPM Worklist.

We want to create an alert for mail only. Does anyone have an idea why the mail recipient is not sending the alert?
