How to bypass HCM login page when Chooser Login Page is active

Summary:

Hello,

The customer was using Oracle HCM Cloud just for internal users who were able to log into the application via Single Sign On.

However, they now have opened the application for some new users that do not have single sign on user account and they need to be logged into the SaaS directly.

What they would like to have is the former behavior, meaning that Single Sign On users would like to bypass the Chooser Page, and they would like to be logged directly with the single sign on user. The goal would be to simulate the behavior of the highlighted button on the screenshot below directly:
