Adding a text box - Incorrect behaviour

Hello Experts,

I am adding a text box with a small instruction (screenshot below).







However, the issue is that when I preview to understand how it looks like, it shows as per screenshot below:






Do you have any idea why the system has this behaviour? Is there any action I can do to fix this?
