How to disable MFA for Identity Cloud Console login

Disable MFA for Identity Cloud Console login with ID Admin privileges

We are receiving LIDO authentication for MFA when we login into Identity Console. We accepted this authenticator for first time and tried to uncheck it by going into

Identity-->Domains-->Default Domain-->Security-->MFA

Here I unchecked FIDO LIDO MFA and when I tried to save the settings, it throws an error that it is referenced in a rule.

You cannot disable these factors as they are being referenced in Rules used in Sign-On Policies. Remove them from the Rules before disabling the factors.
