open PO report with receipt dates

Summary:

We are trying to build a report with open POs and their associated receipts.

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

Requirements are original PO amount, open PO amount, requester, receipt creator, receipt creation date, receipt amount. We tried some OTBI subject areas but none seem to have the receipt info we need that can be joined withe the PO data.
