Deleted Timecard transactions are not getting accounted

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

Contingent Worker created in HCM with hire date as 22-Jan-2024.

Contingent Worker submitted 2 timecards, imported to Project Costing and accounted successfully.

These two timecards are deleted.

Contingent Worker assignment is deleted and new Contingent worker record with same person id is created in HCM with hire date as 15-Jan-2024.

Timecard reversed transactions are created in Project Costing.

These Timecard reversed transactions are not deriving the "person account" segments and are in accounting error.
