Which object type id to use for the Workbenches saved query?

There does not seem to be an object type for Workbench. If a random object type is selected (because no $GID like variables are needed & use a select from dual in the query) , it does not export the workbench

We were able to use the Migration project functionality (which is different from this) though to export and import the Workbenches successfully.
