Summary:

We received 24A in our development and test pods for testing. When attaching self-paced content to an activity in an offering:

  1. We search for the appropriate file, find it successfully, and load it
  2. The load fails
  3. Note in Image 1 that Content Type isn't populated as it should be when a load completes
  4. Note in image 2, the icon appears different from typical in the activity list
  5. Upon first discovery, it failed about 75% of the time and succeeded 25% of the time
  6. Today we discovered it was successful 100% of the time if there was no information entered in the detailed description. For various reasons, it is our practice to enter the course number into the detailed description field
