Rich Text Editor support for tables/other rich text components?

Summary:

We are using the Input Rich Text 2 component but this lacks many rich-text components (such as support for tables, pasting images, etc.).

We can use an custom editor such as CKEditor, but would prefer to use standard components. I saw on this community post https://community.oracle.com/customerconnect/discussion/654052/how-to-use-rich-text-in-vbcs-application that "...A new input rich text component based on CKE5 is planned for 22C timeframe and should be used instead."

Has this been delivered? Is there any roadmap to extend the standard rich-text component to include support for tables and other rich text components?
