Advanced Rules tab not appearing when new Corporate Book is created

Summary:

We created a new Corporate Asset book but 'Advanced Rules' tab is not appearing at Manage Asset Books for the newly created corporate book.

Please let us know is there any setup we are missing and how to resolve the issue.
