Summary:

We have eligibility profile attached to the absence plan with length of service more than 2 years. The employees will be able to see the absence to apply only after completing 2 years of service.

But as per the client requirement, the employee should be able to see the absence but while applying it should throw an error if they are not eligible. Is it possible to configure in this way in system.
