Is it possible to keep the rejected document of records?
Summary:
We are using Document of records functionality as a workaround for some self services like Flexible Working request. When the employee submits the document of document, the system sends it for approval to manager. If the manager rejects it, we would like to keep the rejected document of records also against that employee so that if in future when the same employee raises it he can mention the reference to rejected request in the past.
So the question is there a way to find out all the rejected document of records request?
