Atom feeds for Recruiting data

We would like to be able to be able to capture when a Recruiting Job Application changes to state Rejected by Employer. Preferably via API due to integration with our system.

Hi community,

we are currently working on a use case where we would like to capture when any job application changes state to Rejected by Employer and obtain details about that application (candidate details (including email addresses), phase of application, job details, recruiter, timestamp of change). We would preferably like to get this info via API, but we can look at other options. We don't need it in real-time, a daily update with all such states and details would be suitable enough. We were looking at Atom Feeds but were not able to find if this is possible to use Atom Feeds
