I am looking for default access and enrollment configurations combination like below and desired results for different business scenarios in Learning.

For example when approvals are enabled for learning request, but I want the learners to be able to enroll both in course and offering without approvals, I use the settings listed. The current Using Learning guide has some information but not exhaustive list of scenarios.
