Alert for back dated terminations

Summary:

created an alert (through alert composer) to send notification for the terminated workers (both employees and contingent workers) whose termination date is greater than 60 days before (back dated termination). But getting multiple terminations for the same employee.

How to extract the recent termination if the employee has multiple terminations?
