How can I mass change a due date for a required Learning?

I found this doc on Oracle on how to do this, but the links the document has attached to download (highlighted below), does not work for me. They keep downloading in a weird .xdm.catalog format and I am unable to download or read the docs. Does anyone have the version that will work for actual downloads? This doc is from 2022 so it may not be relevant anymore either... We have never used an HDL to mass change a due date before so any info is appreciated!
