Create Budgets in Spreadsheet and Correct Budget Import Errors in Quick Actions

I have been asked if it's possible to add "Create Budgets in Spreadsheet" and "Correct Budget Import Errors" to the General Accounting 'Quick Actions' area to make it more accessible than through the current task panel tab.

I have created a sandbox, copied the EL Expression from the current entry in task panel tab, and created the option under General Accounting Quick Actions and these show in the application as expected.

However, whenever I click on one of the options it will download the spreadsheet template as required but then I can't click on anything else in the quick actions area - the application appears to freeze. I have to either navigate back to the home page or refresh the browser in order to continue. Where these two tasks originally sit on the task panel tab I can click on these links multiple times which works and creates a download each time and I can carry on navigating the system. I would expect this behaviour doing the same in Quick Actions
