Edit page skill and qualifications

Summary:

I’m trying to edit a page in visual builder. The page is skill and Qualifications. I want to change some fields in the section I open with the + button in licenses and certifications. After I press the + button and it opens this screen (image below) and then I click on edit page in visual builder.

When it opens on the visual builder though, it opens the page without the + button open (image below). What should I do?
