OIC AppDriven Rest API Limitations

Would like to understand the limitation of AppDriven Rest API's like maximum concurrent runs, maximum queue limit and number of underlying threads. Any documents would also be helpful

Use case --

To submit parallel requests at huge/moderate volume with minimum latency.
